TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms govern your use of castleco-op.com and purchases from Castle Co-op. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. ABOUT US
Castle Co-op operates this online store using Shopify. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Castle Co-op.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND LAWFUL USE
You must have legal capacity to transact, or permission from an authorised parent or guardian. You must not use the website or products for an unlawful purpose.

3. PRODUCTS AND SUPPLIER FULFILMENT
We take reasonable steps to keep descriptions, images, measurements, specifications and availability accurate. Colours and appearance may vary by screen, lighting and manufacturing variation, without limiting rights concerning a material misrepresentation or failed consumer guarantee.

Some products are supplied and dispatched by independent suppliers through Shopify Collective. Items in one order may be fulfilled separately, arrive in multiple parcels and have different dispatch times or return addresses. Castle Co-op remains your retailer and customer-service contact and will coordinate order issues with the relevant supplier.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable unless stated otherwise. Shipping and other applicable charges are shown before checkout. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may be processed by Shopify Payments or another payment provider.

5. ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may reasonably decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, there is an obvious listing or pricing error, payment cannot be authorised, fraud or unlawful activity is suspected, delivery cannot be completed, or accepting the order would breach law. If we cancel after payment, an appropriate refund will be provided.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing, delivery methods, charges and estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Supplier-fulfilled products may ship separately. Nothing limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law concerning delayed or failed delivery.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CONSUMER GUARANTEES
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. Our policies do not exclude Australian Consumer Law rights.

8. PROMOTIONS
Promotions and discount codes may have additional stated conditions, dates and exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be exchanged for cash, combined or applied retrospectively. All conditions remain subject to applicable consumer law.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website content, including branding, text, graphics, logos, photographs and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to Castle Co-op or its suppliers and protected by applicable law. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping but must not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except as permitted by law.

10. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT
If you submit content, you confirm you have the right to do so and it does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for the purpose submitted. We may remove unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, infringing or inappropriate content.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Third-party services and links are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.

12. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability that can lawfully be excluded is excluded. Nothing excludes or restricts any liability, consumer guarantee, statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. PRIVACY AND CHANGES
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms; the version published when you order will generally apply to that transaction, subject to law.

14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, subject to mandatory laws that apply to you elsewhere.
